Shipping and Return Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
• We dispatch your order(s) on same working day. Please allow us 3 to 4 working days to deliver your order after get approved/confirm from us
• You will receive an email to tack your order(s) after dispatched your shipment
• You can’t return your order(s) after delivered to you due to these are consumable products, can’t be returned even if you received any damaged/different or expiry products so that you can reach us to our customer helpline number or email us with completed details what you received? We assure order get dispatched after 3 quality check process. 1) we check product is not damage 2) we check expiry date for each product 3) we check flavous what you ordered and packaging box. All produces done under CCTV footage.

• All the products are not cover in our return policy even if customer received different, damaged or faulty product(s). if you are not satisfied with the product(s) received please contact us.
• We will refund your payment in your bank account within 2 to 3 business days after if in case you different, damaged or faulty product(s).
Order(s) can’t be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses.
• One day or maybe one more day will be required for rural domestic address to deliver the order(s) we may ship order on rural domestic address through India Post. It may take more time to get delivered order on rural addresses.
Cancellation of Order by User
After placing the prepaid order(s) customer can cancel the order within 6 hours without penalty, except 4% bank charges. If you want to cancel your order(s), you will have to get in touch with us, you can contact us at our email or mobile number which is given on our contact us page.
Cancellation of Order by Xrossway
Xrossway reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payments shall be refunded and the User shall be informed for the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason), any extra cost spent by Xrossway for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
General Scenario:
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Xrossway has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Xrossway.com and accept the decision of Xrossway.com regarding the cancellation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping charges will be confirmed after placing the order(s) Also Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL/FedEx/India Post. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs regulations.
We will try our best for International delivery approximately 7 to 10 business days. We would like our international customers and customers' shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
For some shipments delivered outside India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be reimbursed.
International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipment will be assessed of these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

International Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 15 days of receipt of your goods. Xrossway does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, Xrossway reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by custom department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.
Note: The shipment of any returned product that might be shipped if there's a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our warehouse.
When you return goods, please mark your parcel as "returned goods"; otherwise, it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.
Shipping Returned Merchandise
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Xrossway does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Xrossway is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and call us immediately at +91 9811934074 or mail us at xrosswayfit@gmail.com. We will contact the courier company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once Courier Company has approved and paid the claim to Xrossway; we will forward the applicable amount to you
Refund for an item sent by international delivery
Refunds for goods returned under our policy are made to the credit, debit, or charge card or wire transfer to account used originally charges or paid for order. Please give us 2 weeks from the time we receive the returned goods. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
